POMPA MENC-INOX


Menc-inox is a stainless steel self-priming flexible impeller pump.
The impeller, deforming itself inside the stainless steel body pump, ensures a quick suction up to 5 meters and a continuous and delicate transfer of the liquid to the outlet.
Besides, the low revolution speed makes it suited for trasferring delicated and fragile liquids, and fluids with suspension solids.
The pump runs in both rotation directions and it enables a pumping without damaging phenomena of emulsion and pulsation.
Menc-inox series is characterized by a very simple assembly, which enables quick washing and maintenace interventions.
Menc-inox pumps are produced in three versions for capacities from 70 up to 900 liters/minute and revolution speed from 190 up to 1400 RPM.

On demand, Menc-inox pumps are equipped with:
- stainless steel carriage with switch and inverter;

- mechanical motovariator to adjust the number of revolutions;

- inverter with servoventilated motors for an accurate adjusting of the capacity;

- stainless steel couplings on inlet and outlet.

Menc-inox pumps can be used in wine industry (wine, must, wine process, filter feeding, bottling), in food industry (particulary oil and dairying industry), in chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Adjustment of the pump capacity:
Using the side-hand grip you can vary the number of the turns of the pump and by consequence its capacity. The regulator is provided with two pointers (a red one and a black one). The position of the pointers shows the number of the revolutions of the pump. (See the table). The red pointer must always be positioned at “0″.
