| A NEW PUMP WITH A LONG EXPERIENCE |
| The experience gained over nearly thirty years in the field now enables us to present a new series of centrifugal pumps designed and built to ensure highest quality performance suitable for industrial service in the most demanding conditions including continuous use, garanteeing reliability over long periods of time. Manufacturing options have been carefully studied to ensure optimum results, from the choice of the materials to productive processes with continuous quality control measures covering all components, to make a pump which is higly reliable with really interesting performance characteristics.

TEN GOOD REASONS FOR CHOOSING CM SERIES PUMPS
Thik sheet metal has been used to make both the pump body and the internal parts.
Thicker metal implies the use of more sophisticated costruction techniques, but offers greater mechanical resistance, the elimination of vibration phenomena, less noise and an improved resistance to corrosion. Therefore, longer life. |
| Welding operations have been reduced as much as possible to increase simplicity and heighten resistance. The few welds necessary are deeper because of the thickness of the metal and ensure greater reliability. |
| The pump body is mounted directly on B3/B5 UNEL-MEC type motors. |
| The standard motors have IP55 protection. A further PTFE seal has been fitted between the pump seal and the motor shaft (see figure 3), while another motor protection in the form of a steel disc has been inserted between the pump group and the motor flange (see figure 4). |
The pump can be dismantled by simple screws (part 5), while the impeller can be easily extracted (see figures 11 and 12).
The motor and the impeller can be dismounted without removing the pump from its,installation. |
| All parts of the pump have been polished to ensure the highest possible level of resistance to corrosion and optimum hydraulic efficiency. |
| The pump group can be supplied on its own, as assembly is extremely simple with standard UNEL-MEC motors (except for pumps with PTFE seals). |
| The pump is supplied with a steel base for simple and rapid installation. |
| Every pump is tested before despatch to guarantee the best quality and conformity with design characterics. |
| The CM series offers a choice amongst 40 different electric pumps capable of satisfying most requirements. The availability of an open impeller version enables liquids with solids in suspension to be handled. The following accessories are available for CM series pumps:
- trolley complete with swich, cable, and plug
- flanges for welding to UNI 2278 standars.

| INSTALLATION |
|
CM Series electric pumps can also be installed vertically or in an inclined position. Vertical installation with the motor at the bottom should, however, be avoided.
The outlet coupling can be freely rotated with respect to the original position. (The internal diaphragm must also be likewise rotated). |
