FLANGES IN DIE-PRESSED STAINLESS STEEL
The cold die-pressing of stainless steel has always been the basis of the producer production philosophy. New products and production processes have been developed over the past few years, and we have much to offer in the field of liquid dynamics, including:

- a wide range of stainless steel pumps
- a series of stainless steel ball valves and butterly valves
- a range of stainless steel rapid couplings and accessories

We now have pleasure in introducing a series of die pressed stainless steel flanges to UNI 2278-PN 16 specifications.

A HIGHLY ORIGINAL FLANGE OFFERING:

Ease of installation: The Mencarelli flange ia a two piece flange. The first part is an outer ring with holes for bolting to the relative counter-flange; the second part is an internal disc which is welded onto the end of the pipe. The solution adopted thus enables welding to be carried out independently of the position of the holes on the outer ring,which, free to turn, can be positioned perfectly against the counter-flange as shown in the drawing.
REDUCED WEIGHT:
With fewer conveyance problems both during movement in the warehouse and during installation.

1. Internal disc   – Stainless steel Aisi 304-316

2. External flange  - Stainless steel Aisi 304-316

HIGT TO INSTALL THE FLANGE
The pipe (3) is welded to the internal disc (1) after having positioned the external flange part (2) of the flange, which has the holes for bolting to the counter-flange, is free to turn around to align correctly with the holes in the counter-flange.
